The customer will communicate with us in five different ways throughout the entire sales process:

  • Telephone (line of reasoning and telesales guide)
  • Documentation after the cold-call (one-page flyer)
  • Presentation (during the meeting)
  • Documents (after the meeting)
  • Business website (which customers visit should they be interested)

These five different channels of information distribution should, wherever possible, constitute a central theme, to ensure that customer always get the same message and thus reinforcing the belief that we can provide solutions to their problems.
