Process

In the sales process, we define which target segments should be worked on, and how much. The limitation of the sales process comes from the expected profit margin from an assignment. Should there be significant limitations, mass processing via the Internet tends to be the most target-orientated tool. If the profit margin is higher however, then the customer will expect a personal consultation and the subsequent concept.
