Pre-sales and sales engineers are people who develop concepts for the customer or demonstrate solutions, the latter often being tailored to the customer’s needs. To give these people time to concentrate on their area of expertise, we support them in sales discussions or train them in sales techniques. We coach them by telephone and accompany them on customer visits, enabling pre-sales and sales engineers to focus entirely on their core competencies – namely developing concepts at the customer’s location and presenting the best solutions.
