ABAXA AG is a service enterprise specialising in business intelligence / business analytics (BI / BA). We are an IBM business partner and focus on products in the IBM Cognos portfolios. We have no problems "farming" our existing clients since we set great store by customer satisfaction levels.

Explaining all the advantages of this kind of BI / BA solutions on the telephone is incredibly demanding and requires sales expertise. We determined the main guidelines during a workshop.
